RR2 Market reviews refund requests case by case because RR2 trades are completed manually through support staff.

Refunds May Be Considered When

  • An order cannot be completed by staff for a confirmed service-side reason.
  • A duplicate payment or clear billing error is verified.
  • The customer requests cancellation before the trade has started and support confirms it is still possible.

Refunds May Not Be Available When

  • Customer information was incorrect or unavailable.
  • The trade or payout has already been completed.
  • There is suspected abuse, fraud, or chargeback misuse.
